Mixed feelings on delivery

I got the Dark Green Chessboard Keychain and a Personal Safety Alarm. The keychain is really unique and well-made, I get compliments on it. The alarm is also quite loud, which is good. My only complaint was the shipping time, it took 7 days to get to me in Texas, which felt a bit long for an online order. The tracking updates were also a bit sparse. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though. Overall, decent products, but delivery could be smoother.

Yeah, I think you have a certain number of days to return it, and it needs to be unused. Check their FAQ for the exact window though, I forget if it's 14 or 30 days.

Hmm, for NYC, I'd say it's usually within a week, maybe a bit more. They ship from somewhere in the US, I think, so it's not super slow like international stuff. But 'next week' might be cutting it close if you order mid-week.

She's Birdie is good for just the alarm, but Lovehope gives you a whole set for less, usually. The quality on the Lovehope accessories is decent for the price, whereas Birdie is more about the alarm itself.

Lovehope is more about the 'aesthetic' and having all the matching pieces. Birdie's alarms are probably a bit louder/better quality, but if you want the whole cute package, Lovehope is better value.
